Contract of Rodington Cemetery Grounds Maintenance

 

Applications to tender for the contract of Rodington Cemetery were received by Rodington Parish Council in June 2025.

All tender applications received by the Parish Council were evaluated as per the requirements set in the Parish Council Procurement Policy.

Each tender was evaluated for the price and quality to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender.

The tender that offered best value to the Council was accepted at the Full Parish Council meeting on 9th July.

The Parish Council confirms that P D Timber and Garden has been awarded the contract.

This notice dated 14th July 2025 instigates the start of the 8 day Standstill period which will end Thursday 24th July, at which time the contract will be put in place for a period of 12 months.
